If during a purchase you opt-into subscribing to our email list, sign up for our newsletters on TomRush.com, or add your name to our subscriber list during one of the concerts, we will keep you abreast of any news and events related to Tom Rush and upcoming shows. We will protect your personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or traded to any 3rd party. You may also unsubscribe at any time from our email list, by following the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Examples include opting into our email list or purchasing or attempting to purchase an item in our online store. Contact Forms:

Information provided to us by you via our contact forms will be retained for customer service purposes, but unless you explicitly opt-into the TomRush.com Newsletter, your information will not be used for marketing purposes. If you do signup for the newsletter, your data will be securely shared with MadMimi, our email marketing partner (see Email Marketing below).

Again, you may also unsubscribe at any time from any of Tom’s newsletters by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link normally found in the footer of the email. Other:

Where applicable, your comments on posts and pages may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

When you make a purchase through our online store, we will maintain your Order Information for our records securely via our 3rd party partners for accounting purposes. After your order is fulfilled, if you are an EU citizen you may ask us to have this information removed from our partner systems using the email address below.

You may delete your personal information from our mailing lists at any time by following the unsubscribe links in any of our emails.
