Information provided to us by you via our contact forms will be retained for customer service purposes, but unless you explicitly opt-into the Newsletter, your information will not be used for marketing purposes. Our email marketing partner uses various methods to find out if people are reading Tom’s newsletters, or interested in any particular information (for example a show in Austin, TX). Again, you may also unsubscribe at any time from any of Tom’s newsletters by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link normally found in the footer of the email. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

When you make a purchase through our online store, we will maintain your Order Information for our records securely via our 3rd party partners for accounting purposes. After your order is fulfilled, if you are an EU citizen you may ask us to have this information removed from our partner systems using the email address below.

You may delete your personal information from our mailing lists at any time by following the unsubscribe links in any of our emails.
